**PLEASE NOTE: When purchasing online, you may be taken to a screen of our secure payment server stating that your order has been processed, but is not complete, or you may receive an email to that effect. To view this message, CLICK HERE. This message appears because it takes the server some time to process your credit card. You should receive an email receipt confirming your purchase within 24 hours.
If you do not receive an emailed receipt confirmation of your purchase within 24 hours, please call the museum to confirm your payment was posted. Please check your junk mail folder before contacting us.
Our system does not allow you to create a shopping cart; to purchase adult, student and child tickets you will have to make separate purchases through the system. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Refunds will only be offered if the museum cancels the event.
Unless otherwise noted, physical tickets will not be mailed.
MEMBERS should call the museum at (703) 706-9506 to make reservations for free programs or purchase discounted tickets.
